A premium, easy-adjust ratcheting system allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the fit without having to take the helmet off, and its one-handed fit-adjustment knob pivots to improve overall ergonomics while providing extra clearance for bandana or ponytail knots. A padded, moisture-wicking, odor-resistant sweatband and top pad line the sides, forehead and top of the interior, and both the headband and top pad are removable for machine-washing and\/or easy replacement.
