The Skullerz 8978 Intrinsically Safe Headlamp Light easily attaches directly to any Skullerz Hard Hat and Safety Helmet light mount or Headlamp Mounting Straps. This Class I, II and III/Division 1 safety light is specifically designed for hazardous locations where explosion risk due to fumes or fine dusts is high. This battery-operated hard hat light features a slim profile and an eight-position tilt design for visibility where you need it most. A one-button switch supports two working modes: low and high. High mode (216 lumens for five hours) is for maximum light and low mode (75 lumens for 12 hours) is for dimmer light. Requires three AAA batteries (included). This hard hat light has a drop-test rating of 6.6 ft and is IP97 rated for dust and water resistance. Ideal for worksites where head protection and/or additional lighting is required in industrial facilities with hazardous locations, including construction and utility job sites, oil and gas, road work, forestry and mining.
