Accepted Payments & Purchasing Methods
We are set up for institutional purchasing, not just card checkout. If your organization buys on a PO, a government purchase card, or through an eProcurement system, we can work inside that process.
Government Purchase Cards & Credit Cards
We accept Government Purchase Cards (GPC / P-Cards), corporate purchasing cards, and all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Micro-purchase threshold card orders are our most common federal transaction. Card payment can be taken at checkout or against an issued invoice, whichever your card policy requires.
Purchase Orders & Invoicing
We accept formal Purchase Orders from government, education, healthcare, nonprofit and commercial organizations. Send a PO to bwynn@wynninnovations.com and we will confirm receipt, pricing and lead time in writing before shipment.
Net Payment Terms
Net terms are available for approved government, institutional and commercial accounts. Government and education entities are typically approved on the strength of the issuing agency.
ACH, Wire and Check
ACH and wire remittance details are issued with each invoice. Checks are accepted from established accounts and government payment offices. Remittance instructions never change mid-engagement — if you receive a request to redirect payment, call (916) 996-6377 to verify before acting on it.
Electronic Invoicing
We invoice federal customers through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), the U.S. Treasury's electronic invoicing system, and submit through the ePS eMarketplace for GSA Commercial Platforms Program orders.
If your agency or enterprise requires a different invoicing network, tell us which one and we will complete the supplier enrollment.
PunchOut & eProcurement
We operate a live cXML PunchOut catalog for SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle and other cXML-compatible platforms. Buyers punch out from their own system, build a cart, and return it for approval and PO issuance inside that system.
