Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from www.wynndepot.com, operated by Wynn Innovations LLC ("Wynn Depot", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we sell to. We serve businesses, schools, non-profits and government agencies. Consumer purchases are welcome but are subject to the same terms.

Orders and acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel or limit any order, including for pricing or listing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars, exclude tax and shipping unless stated, and may change without notice. Product descriptions, photos and specifications come from manufacturers and distributors and may contain errors; if an item differs materially from its listing, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy. Volume and contract pricing is provided by written quote.

Payment. Card payments are processed at checkout. Approved government and business accounts may pay by purchase order on the terms stated on the invoice; past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month.

Taxes. Sales tax is charged where required. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid exemption certificate before the order ships.

Shipping and title. Items ship from our warehouses or directly from our distribution partners. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier for prepaid shipments, or on delivery to your dock for freight we arrange. Delivery dates are estimates.

Warranties. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. We make no other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Brand and reseller compliance. We list only products we are permitted to sell online and honor manufacturers' minimum advertised price policies. Some brands are available by quote only.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California.
