NDAA Section 889 — Covered Telecommunications
Wynn Innovations LLC does not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services as described in Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for FY2019, and does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, as described in Section 889(a)(1)(B).
A signed 889 representation is on file with ePS / NDVSB, covering our catalogs on the NDVSB Federal eMarketplace and the GSA Commercial Platforms Program — this is the attestation Government Purchase Card holders rely on when buying from us through those platforms.
Our representations under FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-26 accompany our SAM.gov entity registration under UEI VVUMT2LRNWM9. Registration status and representations are publicly verifiable at SAM.gov, so any contracting officer can confirm them without going through us.
We do not stock or resell equipment produced by Huawei Technologies, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology, or Dahua Technology, or by any subsidiary or affiliate of those entities.
Trade Agreements Act (FAR 25.4)
TAA eligibility and country of origin are tracked at the item level and refreshed with each supplier price file. Tell us the line items you need and we will confirm TAA status in writing before you issue a PO.
Country of origin is reported by the manufacturer or master distributor. Where a supplier's origin data has proven unreliable we exclude the item rather than publish a claim we cannot stand behind.
