Shipping Policy

Where we ship. The 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted on request.

Where orders ship from. Most items ship directly from national distribution centers, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one shipment. Tracking is emailed as each shipment leaves.

Transit times. Ground parcels normally arrive in 1 to 5 business days after they ship. Freight (pallets, furniture, large equipment) ships LTL and typically arrives in 3 to 10 business days; a delivery appointment or liftgate may be required and is arranged before shipment.

Shipping charges. Calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Free-shipping thresholds, when offered, apply to ground parcels only. Government and contract customers ship on the terms of their purchase order or agreement.

Backorders. If an item is out of stock we will tell you the expected date and you may wait, substitute or cancel that line at no charge.

Damage or shortages. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and email sales@wynninnovations.com within 5 business days so we can file the claim and reship.

PO boxes. Parcels can ship to PO boxes via USPS where the item size allows; freight cannot.
